Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms
buzzquell operates this website as a professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Eligibility and permitted use
The site is intended for professionals and students engaged in television news and live production work. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into contracts. Permitted use includes viewing educational materials on studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and workflow optimisation. Any other use requires prior written consent from buzzquell.
Prohibited conduct
You must not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit site content without permission. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, or interfere with site functionality. Harassment, abusive behaviour or posting illegal material is forbidden. Breaches may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Where accounts or contact forms are offered you must provide accurate information. Any material you submit remains your responsibility. buzzquell may use submitted feedback to improve services but is not obliged to publish or return it. You retain ownership of your submissions while granting buzzquell a non-exclusive licence to use them for site operation.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, images, diagrams and resources on the site are owned by buzzquell or its licensors. Trade marks and logos must not be reproduced without consent. You may print or download single copies for personal non-commercial study only. Any other reproduction requires a licence.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference third-party tools or external websites for studio equipment and production software. These references do not constitute endorsement. buzzquell accepts no liability for the content, availability or practices of third parties. Users should review third-party terms separately.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination
buzzquell aims to keep the site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be suspended for maintenance or legal reasons. buzzquell may terminate or restrict access at any time for breach of these terms. Provisions on liability and intellectual property survive termination.
Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law
Content is provided for general guidance and training purposes. buzzquell does not warrant that information will always be accurate or suitable for every production environment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other non-excludable right under UK law.
Proportionate limitation of liability
Subject to the above, buzzquell total liability for any claim arising from use of the site is limited to the amount paid by you for access in the twelve months preceding the claim. This cap does not apply to non-excludable liabilities. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify buzzquell against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by buzzquell negligence or wilful misconduct.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. UK consumers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and may also use alternative dispute resolution schemes where applicable. Nothing affects your statutory rights.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce a term does not waive it. buzzquell may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact buzzquell via the contact form on the Contacts page or at [email protected]. For written correspondence use 48 Broadley Terrace, London NW1 6LG or telephone 020 7725 5858.
